Tumblr and Google Play

You can find us in a couple of new places since our last blog.

The 2nd Gravity Tree album Ultimate Backward, and our web-only single Building, are now available on Google Play.

Also, Gravity Tree can now be found on Tumblr. It's a bit sparce right now, but we'll be adding more content over the next few weeks.

Life or Dessert? almost out-of-stock

As strange as it may seem, our 1st album, LIFE OR DESSERT? is about to go out-of-print.

There seem to be a couple of copies at the warehouse and possibly at a few stores. But Amazon has been sold out for months and there are only a couple of copies left at CDBaby. If you've been holding out and still want a physical CD - with the cool black-and-white fold-out poster, all the lyrics, and the rest of the artwork - I wouldn't wait any longer.

I have to add here that we're pretty old school about our love for album art. This was one of the favorite things about our 1st album, with the fold-out poster and all.

Of course, you can still download the album at CDBaby, iTunes, Amazon. You just miss out on the artwork, which we think is pretty cool. Going, going...

Jango radio has Interference

Our progressive piece "Interference" has been added to the rotation on Jango internet radio.

If you haven't heard that one (from our album Ultimate Backward), you can check it out (full-length of course) by "tuning in" to Gravity Tree radio, on our page at Jango:

At a bit under nine minutes, it is an unusual song to find in rotation. We hope you like it.

2 Million Song Plays on N1M

Just went over and checked our page at NumberOneMusic.com. The counter read 2,010,275 - I'd say that's a lot of song plays for a prog rock outfit!

Hopefully some of the N1M listeners aren't settling for clips and old songs over there, and are signing up to get free music on our Exclusive Friends and Fans list. Our latest song giveaway is "Harmonic Indulgence", so make sure you're signed up to get it free.

Last time we told you about our special edition of Conversing with the Dead, now available in hi-res FLAC, ALAC, AAC, Ogg Vorbis and 320bps MP3 formats.

And its not too late to pick up our new "Conversing with the Dead" themed T-shirts. There's a design matching the artwork to the hi-res release of Conversing with the Dead, and also a more '50's sci-fi design (see image).

Meanwhile, we're working on more new music, which will be the topic of our next blog. In the meantime, don't forget to sign up and get "Wait" for free while you still can...

Dead is now Hi-Res

A Special Edition of our song Conversing with the Dead is now available.

The newly remastered song is available as a higher resolution download in several formats including FLAC, AAC, and even Ogg Vorbis. Depending on your format choice, you can enjoy the song at up to 24bit / 48k, or just get a better-than-online-music-shop fidelity MP3 at 320bps.

This is our first offering of a song at a quality similar to what you'd hear if we had you over to our studio, and queued up our master for you.
